Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and holding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

fb003 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside fb003's control. All deposits credited to your fb003 account are final and non-refundable once wagering activity has commenced against those funds.
fb003 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits that trigger anti-money laundering thresholds under applicable Philippine law. Deposits suspected of originating from illegal activity will be frozen pending investigation and reported to the appropriate authorities.
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose accounts have passed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held pending verification. fb003 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to the limitations of that payment method.
5.2 Processing Timeframes. fb003 targets the following withdrawal processing times for verified accounts: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of request submission. Bank transfer withdrawals via BDO, BPI, or Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) business hours. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees; processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or technical maintenance.
5.3 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 for GCash and PayMaya. Maximum single withdrawal is ₱100,000 for standard accounts. Higher limits may apply to VIP accounts as communicated in the relevant VIP terms. fb003 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in tranches.
5.4 Withholding of Withdrawals. fb003 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing in circumstances including but not limited to: pending KYC verification; reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or money laundering; active investigation of a Player's account; or technical error affecting the Player's balance. In all such cases, fb003 will notify the Player and resolve the matter as expeditiously as reasonably practicable.
fb003 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the promotion page at the time of offer. The following general bonus conditions apply to all fb003 promotions unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:
Welcome Bonus Specific Condition: The fb003 welcome match bonus applies to the first deposit only. A minimum deposit of ₱500 is required. Jackpot wins that cannot be verified due to the Player's failure to complete KYC will be withheld until verification is complete.

Gambling Losses: fb003 is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by Players during normal gaming activity. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. Players accept full responsibility for their wagering decisions. Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
12.1 Voluntary Closure. Players may close their account at any time by contacting fb003 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within five (5) business days.
12.2 fb003-Initiated Suspension. fb003 may suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice in cases of: violation of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; regulatory requirement; or receipt of a self-exclusion request. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, verified balances will be held securely and returned upon resolution if no violation is found.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an account for cause, all bonus funds and associated pending winnings are forfeited. fb003 reserves the right to withhold real-money balances pending investigation and to apply chargebacks for previously disputed transactions where fraud is established.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect each amendment.
